Evidence over verdicts
A decision you can't defend isn't worth much. Every finding carries the evidence that produced it, kept for the record.
Docutise is built on a simple conviction: before anyone treats a loan document as acceptable, every page should be examined — and the system should be able to say exactly why it decided what it decided.
Lending teams live with a hard asymmetry. A missed defect can unwind a funded loan, trigger a repurchase, or surface months later in an audit with no one able to explain it. Yet the tools meant to catch those defects too often hand back a silent pass with nothing behind it.
We started Docutise to close that gap with an evidence-first approach: render every page, examine it across independent lanes, and attach a page, a region, a producer version and a confidence to every finding. When the system isn't sure, it says so and routes the file to a person — because a false pass is far more expensive than a second look.

Borrower NPI shouldn't take a trip to someone else's servers to be reviewed. Processing stays on your hardware.
Uncertainty is information. Missing or ambiguous evidence becomes manual review — never a quiet acceptance.
The system surfaces evidence; a human decides. Admin final review is a feature, not a bottleneck to remove.
What the API documents is exactly what you get — one stable shape, no surprise variations. Build against it once and trust it.
We'd rather tell you what isn't certified yet than oversell a stamp you can't rely on.
In the spirit of the last principle, here's the straight version.
Docutise is a working local-first prototype in early access. It can take a user-supplied lending document, render each page, run deterministic checks, queue local workers, surface evidence-backed exceptions, support the reviewer workflow, require admin final review, and export a durable audit package — through both the web console and the API. It is not yet a production lending-decision system.
Upload, audit runs, findings, scorecards, OCR, barcode and PDF inspection, model registry, final review, audit log, exports, signed downloads, SQL persistence, tenant scoping and the review console.
RF-DETR detector certification, Moondream runtime approval, real signed-PDF fixture certification, broader regression coverage, and production identity, backup, monitoring and incident runbooks.
Until those gates are complete, the correct behavior is conservative: gated model lanes don't get to support a pass, findings stay visible, unresolved blockers prevent an automatic pass, and admins make the final call. That's by design.
Docutise is proprietary software — not open source. Use, deployment, hosted access and integration are governed by a Docutise license agreement, with a usage-based commercial model priced per audited document. Third-party libraries and local model runtimes carry their own licenses, tracked separately.
